Our Service Packages

AthletIQ Marketing offers three core service tiers tailored to different stages of business growth.

The Development Package is ideal for businesses looking to establish a professional online presence. This package includes custom website design and development, along with logo design, graphic design, and QR code creation if requested by the client. Projects are typically completed within 10 business days, depending on responsiveness and content delivery. This package does not include ongoing hosting, maintenance, or SEO services. Additional website pages may be added at a rate of $100 per page, and location-specific pages are not included in this package.

The Management Package is designed for businesses that already have a website and need ongoing support. This includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and overall website management to ensure your site remains secure, functional, and up to date. All update requests must be submitted in writing via text message or email to ensure accuracy and proper tracking. Services are billed on a recurring basis and remain active only while the account is current.

The Growth Package is a comprehensive solution that includes website development, ongoing management, and advanced SEO services. This package is built for businesses looking to expand their digital presence and increase visibility online. Unlike the Development Package, location pages are included as part of a broader SEO strategy within this plan. While we implement proven optimization strategies, specific rankings or results cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

Payment Terms

For all Development Package projects, a 50 percent deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to final delivery. A 3 percent credit card processing fee applies to Development Package payments.

Management and Growth packages are billed on a recurring automatic payment basis, charged to the card on file. No credit card processing fee is applied to these recurring plans.

Late Payments & Service Interruptions

A 5-day grace period is provided for late payments. If payment is not received within this period, a $100 late fee will be applied.

If payment remains outstanding after 10 days, services may be discontinued. To resume services after cancellation due to nonpayment, a $500 reinstatement fee plus the cost of the monthly service will be required.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to AthletIQ Marketing are final. Due to the time, labor, and resources invested into each project and service, we maintain a strict no-refund policy across all packages. This applies to deposits, completed work, ongoing services, and partially completed projects.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays in communication or missing information may impact project timelines. All communication regarding updates or changes must be submitted in writing via text or email.

Consultations

Clients may request 30-minute consultation calls as needed. Availability may vary based on scheduling.

Scope & Additional Work

Each package includes a defined scope of work. Any requests beyond the included scope—such as additional pages, features, or services—may incur additional fees. All additional work must be approved prior to implementation.

Ownership & Usage

Ownership of completed website deliverables is transferred upon full payment. Until payment is completed, all work remains the property of AthletIQ Marketing. We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
